
Friday Night Flow is a weekly live Zoom breathwork session held every Friday Evening at 7pm EST intended to help you soften, release and come back to yourself at the end of each week.
Each session blends intentional breathing, nervous system regulation, gentle reflection, and supportive music to help the body unwind and reconnect. This is a space to let go of the weight you’ve been carrying, move stuck energy, and create more peace, clarity, and connection from within
