Spill the Tea with Kimberly & Meg

Spill the Tea is weekly live conversation where we take the thing so many of us are quietly navigating feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, obligated, unsure, or out of alignment and looking at it through a new lens.

Each week, we’ll bring a real-life theme to the table, offer a fresh perspective, and share a simple tool to help you reconnect with yourself. Think tea, honesty, nervous system support, inner knowing, gentle truth, and the kind of conversation that makes you say, “Ohhhh… that’s what’s been happening.

Pleasure the Portal to Peace

Pleasure: The Portal to Peace is a two-hour experience created to help women step away from the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and constant noise of everyday life long enough to reconnect with themselves. Through sensory exploration, nervous system awareness, reflection, tea, breathwork, and the support of sisterhood, space is created to slow down, notice what feels true, and begin listening to the body in a different way.

This is not about becoming someone new or fixing anything that is wrong. It is about remembering what it feels like to choose yourself, trust what your body is communicating, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have gotten buried under everything you carry. Pleasure becomes the portal because when there is enough safety to notice what feels good, there is also more room for clarity, connection, and peace.
